SG-540 Print Head Issues

Hello everyone
My machine was not working due to the problems I had with the technical service a long time ago. My machine did not work for about 1.5 years due to an undetected fault. Finally, I repaired the machine with my own efforts.

But there seems to be a problem with the black head. Different nozzles are open for each test I take. I did super cleaning 10-15 times, fill ink once the result has not changed.. Do I need to change my head or can I save it?I'm waiting for your help.

You could try a 48 hour head soak with topping up the liquid after 24hrs, then see if that helps.

The head is not clogged, when I remove the head and inject solution with a syringe, liquid comes out of all channels. I'm thinking it might be related to the paint being expired, but the other paints are also expired.

Although it's coming out of all the channels, are you certain it coming out of all the nozzles, it will go to the path of least resistance. You can certainly try new ink cartridges and see if it will help, but I haven't heard of expired ink making it so it doesn't come out, it usually causes prints to not look good or other issues. Certainly worth a try. Another thing you can try is replacing the dampers and cap top.

I tried new paint but didn't get any results. I'm currently keeping the heads in solution to see if anything changes. I will follow the advice above. Thanks.

By no results, do you mean nothing printed? Or did you mean, no better result? If you're now not getting anything from any channel, either you blew something or ruined the head.

No, there was no difference between the new paint and the old paint, the missing nozzles are still there.

hello im jeremy, you could change the damper captop to check if the print head is working normally(soak the head with ink with a few hours), if there is still problem, it is likely the head has issue.
