Sg2 640 ink leak on edge guard

Hello,

So I have a sg2 640. I was very happy with it in the beginning, but then it started leaking ink on the media holders. I got it repaired 3x and it keeps leaking I'm sick of it.

I also feel like my dealer doesn't know anything about te machine, they installed it wrong when I got it, they had trouble repairing it the first time. They forced my to buy new ink because for the repair all the ink things need to be full. Aleast that is what they said.

I want to know what the problem could be. But I'm also thinking about a refund.

Roland VG-540 Ink leaking from Head

Hey, we recently had a tech come out and replace the captop and head for our Roland printer. Now we have ink leaking out of the head. Any tips on how to fix this issue?
