Hello everyone,
Just had our new printer installed today. Everything worked great while the tech was here. Started printing decals when he left, just went to cut the first couple sheets and the cut path was off. So I went in and redid the print/cut alignment. Did the next sheet cut was still off. Checked versaworks and I do not have center on media selected so that is ruled out. Switched media profiles and redid the alignment for that and it cut the same way. I just finished trying to print/cut without removing the sheet or laminating and it is still cutting like I never changed the alignment even though it was saved and shows up when I access the menu. Any ideas?
