shadow/hazing

i am printing on 10mil pvc
and i have attached pics but i am getting a shadow or a hazing
on my vp540
i have printed this material before no problems and i did a full cleaning
(took covers off, cleaned print heads, changed wipers and so on..)
and then a powerfull cleaning
still the same tried different settings
then i ran same job on my sp300 and no problems
also when i print other materials on the vp540 no problems

Your heads are out of alignment - call your service tech.

Also, check that your head setting is set to LOW.

Seeing as other materials print fine, I would suspect static as well. Overspray

Ooh PVC! STATIC my friend. Try spraying the area with antistatic spray.
