SHEET CUT ERROR 0400

Every time I go to cut sheet, the cutter goes all they way bumps the wall and then SHEET CUT ERROR 0400 ? ? ?
I have to reboot

It is probably the pinch sensor on the left of the printer. This senses when the cutting head reaches it and stops it so it doesn't run into the end. Not sure which model you have, but if you go into service mode you can do a sensor check and see if they all seem ok.

Does it cut? If yes, I'd check the front media sensor.
