Sheet labels templates not matching when printing

I'm very new to printing but I began to print sheet labels on an Epson ET-3760, ordered all my sheet labels from Sheetlabels.com, and even use their templates to get my image to match up with their stickers but they aren't. Does anybody have any advice on how to fix this?

did you actually measure and make sure the labels were accurately die cut?
are you feeding them in the wrong direction? (header and footer are different lengths)

we have had both of these things happen

you can also setup a manual template to test (msoffice, for example) to see if your test is perfect
