Sheet set Error again SC-545ex

Please Help.

we own a Roland soljet pro iiv sc-545ex. we have a "Sheet Set Error" we already make sure the media is in the right place. the pinch roller is within the silver reflective markers. Do i need to change anything or clean somewhere in the printer. when i do the Linear Code calibration, it calibrates. it just this error SSE.
