Shiraz RIP and Mutoh 1324/1624 Profiles! need help!

Hi all gentle sign folk!

I work in Australia as a Printer technician and I have a customer with the above combination.

is there any chance that someone out there has some profiles for generic SAV Mono or poly? anything really. the one that comes with it it atrocious! I can't believe that there is only one also.

Must be someone out there with this combination??

Any help Graciously received!
