We also have been using them and only them for 1.5 years now and have had no issues what so ever until 3 weeks ago. We had some lettering "peel" off a shirt----WHAT. Called them and they asked to reutrn roll to be examined, again WHAT, that was three weeks ago and I dont have any of the yellow left. At this point I am praying more don't come in. They were "repressed" and restuck for now. Short answer I got nothing from them about return or replacement. I was only asking for 8feet we lost -- I even covered the cost of the shirts to replace. I am sorry I do not feel I should have to pay for the shipping, or wait weeks while the "lab" checks it out. Look at the purchase record, look at returns or complaints and see we have never filed with them before. They even swapped out my rep, never told anyone -- even an email letting me know.
