I will be wrapping these panels in matte black (oracal 970 ra) and would like to know if is should 94 in the channels. I have never used this vinyl, how much can I stretch and heat?

Absolutely not. the primer is too much for the 970RA and will cause it to tear. Ask me how I know (30' strip of flat black). Just take your time, tuck as you go and use heat. And good freaking luck wrapping plastic, I'm not entirely convinced it can be pulled off....

Good luck? I hope that is for being able to get it conformed and not about getting it to stay on the panel for 3-4 years.

That is for both. Wrapping a sled in 970, well, let's just say I would never do it and I've done more sleds than I can count.

Whole thing flat black? I'd scuff and lay down some serious adhesion promoter and primer, lay down some House of Kolor black with a flex agent added, and then lay down some matte clear coat.

Seeing as how I retired my guns some time ago though, I'd just not take the job. Reason being this is going on a beast that is getting torn through limbs, rocks and trees. This can be hell on material. Typically I use the same stuff I use for MX graphics, a thick, tacky 22mil material that can take abuse and stay stuck on. However, no way you can wrap with that stuff, you just have to pre-cut the designs out, so you don't get full covereage.

Trying to do a full covereage wrap CAN be done, but it rarely stays looking good. I fully wrapped a professional freestylers sled once and while a lot of it stayed good, the bottom sections got ripped and torn up pretty bad.
