Cant say thanks enough to this guy. Just upgraded to Flexi Cloud and had a printer issue with my old Mutoh printing in the SO Diffusion Mode. Had determined that when being on the phone with SAI tech support, but the tech just told me it was my printer, even though the problem could not be reproduced in flexi 8.1, because it doesnt have that dither mode. CHris went the extra mile and contacted someone he knew at SAI when he saw my post here. They determined that it was a driver issue and sent him the file i needed to fix it. I just wanted to thank him for going the extra mile for no reason, havent ever ever done business with him before. But you can bet i will keep him in mind when it comes time for new equipment.
