showme botton measure right, sends wrong

Good day all,

i've the fallowing problem, when i hit the showme botton on flexsign it measures wright but when i click th send button it dosnt start where it measured, it start wright in the border of the vinyl.

I have a RedSail plotter if this helps.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
