Sign Blank Paint (MDO)

I would like your thoughts on a quality paint for an exterior sign made of MDO. Vinyl lettering will be applied. The sign is only a phone number. The larger sign was made from HDU and did not include a phone number.The new sign will be painted maroon. The customer wants to match the original sign. The original sign painter is dead.
