Sign Estimating Software

What kind of sign estimating software are you using? I see prices range from $249 up to $360. But also some of them are a monthly cost such as $39 a month.

I don't like the ones built in Microsoft Excel, I prefer an actual program as it's not as cheaply made.

Any tips on what I should use?
