BIG EASY DOES IT

I have a local city that is trying to add all the CA MUTCD Signs to there work order system. What he's looking for is an excel spreadsheet with all the signs listed in order. One sign per row. In each row he wants the sign code, the sign sizes that the MUTCD calls out for and a .jpg of the sign. I can't find something like this anywhere. I really don't want to individually retype the MUTCD into a new format. Has anybody seen something like this or know where I could find a file like this. Please let me know. Thanks.
