Sign installer needed Columbus, OH

Looking for a sign installer in Columbus OH capable of installing a FoamCraft sign (www.foamcraft.info) where two poles are installed in the ground and the sign is slid over the poles.

I can handle the permits but just need someone to install. Sign will measure 10' x 4' and will be ground level. No electric.

You would need to supply the poles, cement, etc.
