I'm trying to replicate a clients sign. It looks like metallic vinyl with the lettering printed on it, then has adhesive on it and applied to acrylic.
So basically, you are looking through the acrylic to see the image. The whole thing appears to be stuck to the wall with a double sided adhesive.
Any thoughts on materials needed? Or a source to just outsource these? I only need a dozen or so.

could of been reverse printed on clear vinyl
and then stuck to the acrylic
then taped to the wall or might of been printed right on the acrylic

I'm pretty sure it's brushed aluminum vinyl, my guess would be it has opticlear double sided adhesive on it, then adhered to the acrylic. I'm not sure where to get the brushed aluminum vinyl, especially one that can be printed on using my HP Latex printer.

It's not very good, but in person, the background looks like brushed aluminum.
