Sign mechanical/drawing "call out" software

I'm pretty sure I saw on this site a vendor that offered sign mechanical/drawing "call out" software.
That's what I have always called them,
It's drawings, for example, of cross sections of signs such as channel letters, that show wire diagrams, materials used, etc.. Anyone know where I can find that?

To be clear, I don't mean a drawing program, it's a collection of pre-made
Engineering drawings specifications.

Being from industry myself, I would make a strong case that it was the (parametric) design program.

Rarely will generic specifications fit every situation.

Parametric engineering programs allow you to basically build the entire sign with every component and then generate a bill of materials, drawings, sectionals and just about every other conceivable bit of information imaginable.

You are looking for templates... wouldn't call them engineering drawings, more like generic construction detail drawings.

There was a site for this guy but it looks like it's no longer available...

You can try him at his Facebook page: Signmanmatt
