Sign Rail System

A school that I do work for asked me if I could replace their current rail system for holding sponsor signs. The current rails are made from MDF and are not holding up well. I'm hoping someone can refer me to a vendor that sells these types of rail systems, preferably made from metal, such as aluminum. It's a fairly simple rail, it's shaped like a capital T rotated 90 degres and affixed to the wall with screws. This shape creates channels that the sign material can rest in and be easily removed as needed.

I've worked with SignComp in the past, but they're products aren't quite right for this type of system. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds like a 'T' extrusion. Any aluminum extrusion supplier should have a basic T, are there any notches in it, to keep a panel from just sliding off?
Look here, under 'angles, zees and tees'

Thank you for your input! Since we're switching to metal, I think I want to find a different shape, but this looks like a great place for me to find options. I appreciate your help :)

Personally, I'd go with their Z clip/french cleat. It's low profile, 3/16" or 1/4", and as long as you always mount the clip at the same sport an a panel, they'll all sit level and true. Add a second row if you don't want the panels tipping forward ever so slightly.
