We use just plain velcro straps for most of our media

I use pallet racks for shelving all around the perimeter of most walls in our work area. Tall and longer ones above the printers so we can still use the printers but have storage in the dead space above the printers and work areas. Carpet the shelves and they make excellent vinyl storage. We also mapped out our workflow before we set up our ship.
