Sign Spinner Board

Does anyone have any idea how to make an arrow sign spinning board? I know take a piece of coroplast and cut it into that shape but what about the handles?

What handles? I've seen a ton of those sign spinner videos but yet to see handles on the signs.

Usually they are the same handles found in home depot attached to the plastic. I do not not have a specific model that I know of.
But, As a followup question would anyone recommend a good tape to place around the edges that would not pull up the vinyl around the edges of the Arrow?

Those edges can be rough on the hands and want to protect the waiver and the sign?
Any Suggestions?

Tony, I just wanted to add that question as I have not seen any suggestions and we are both talking about Sign Spinner Arrows here.
What I understand as I am preparing to do this as well.

6mil is good to use and easier to cut than 10mil and is a bit lighter.
Smooth the edges of the plastic after trimming.
Flute direction makes little difference so I have read. ( But will See )

That's all I have for now Tony. Ill keep you updated though.
Hah! i saw it as March 18th did not ready the year.

But any suggestion on a good tape for the edges as I plan to apply a full vinyl print.

I use 10mil Coro & cover the edges with vinyl strips. No handles

Would you recommend wrapping vinyl around to the other side of the plastic, I ask because peoples hands may be oily and peel the vinyl easier?
Orajet 3651 Vinyl. ( it would look nicer than a border of vinyl around the edges at times ( I would think)

Normally I wouldnt ask and just test but, dont have time to make one and give it a work test to see the results. Never made on of these before

I usually apply the print or cut vinyl lettering to the sign and then "border" the sign with vinyl. These signs get dropped, bent, dented and abused constantly and although the edge border may not be perfect, it really works well and protects the spinners hands. I've never really had a problem with it coming off. I've done a few for a major sign spinning company and they loved them!

If doing a full printed vinyl to one side. Do you think it would be better to wrap it around to the back for about 1 inch? to protect hands and seal it. Or better to add a vinyl border. I know I am probably think to much.

I like the wrap around look better, but would hate to have these out and they start peeling because I wrapped one piece around to the other side.

Thank you, so much. I do appreciate the reply on that. I will use some of the remainder 3651 vinyl along the edges then. Some people say tape as well. If any further suggestion please let me know.
