Custom Sign Shop is in search of reliable, self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and a high level of attention to detail - experienced spray painter. Prior work in the sign industry is a plus, but other spray paint experience will be considered; must be familiar with paint prep processes and procedures. Must be comfortable spraying multi-component spray systems such as Matthews, PPG, Dupont, etc. Duties include paint mixing, prep, priming, finishing, and booth/spray gun maintenance. Physical abilities: Must be able to lift 70lbs. Requires ability to stand for long hours; almost 100% of the time. 40+ Hours.
