Sign Wizard uneven cut

Hello,
please can you help with the following:
Why does sw 7 using windows 10 cut my letters unevenly? So a row of text doesnt all sit on the same horizontal. Some of the centres are off set too.
My other sw5 on xp never ever does this. Using same plotter too so it's not that.
How can I rectify this please?
