Sign World Grommet Machine

We have a automatic grommet machine from Sign World and for some reason it wont seat the female end to the male end. This machine worked last week but today it wont ( our building has a gremlin). It seems like the dies are coming together enough but I don't see where to adjust the travel height. Anyone have any suggestions?

Raise the bolt on the bottom blow the die. this sets the height of the bottom component to make sure you get a tight crimp. Don't be afraid to reach out to Sign World. They have life time support and great customer service.

Mbasch is correct. The unit is made in Taiwan but ours has a 9/16 locknut on the adjustment bolt.
