Signlab 7.1 Dongle Number

Hi all,

Cant read the dongle number from the HASP, any ideas, need it so as to request my Licence Files for a new installation on new PC

It should be on the invoice that Cadlink sent you. We keep ours with the box. That little tag on the purple dongle will rub of over time for sure.

What error code did you get and which Windows platform is being used there?

Morning,

Windows 10, the error code is signlab not installing the Licence Files, I've emailed Cadlink with the details. Any ideas
