Signlab 7 again

Hi All,
last year, about this sort of time, someone very kindly helped me with my Signlab 7 but I can't find the post or message unfortunately.
When I move the mouse, the selected item, shape or script etc, moves in massive increments at a time.. instead of smoothly as I move the mouse..
Can anyone recall the advice given.. as it worked faultlessly.. but for some reason, it's reverted back..
