Signlab 9.1 Cut And Print Setup Tab Is Missing?

Hey guys, hopefully you could help me with this.

In signlab 9.1 where is the printer Cutter setup tab? and the wizard is missing to.

My system went down and I reloaded sign lab but I cannot set up a print and cut to a separate Cutter.

UPGRADE:
Re install Signlab 9.1 Print and cut to upgrade the software.

Or,

CLEAN INSTALL:
1-Uninstall Signlab 9.1 Print and cut
2- install it again
