Signs of the Times Big Survey issue

How many of you all saw the special issue of Signs of the Times with the big survey. I thought a lot of it was pretty enlightening. One thing that hit me was 73% of the survey respondents were over 50. There were a lot of other survey results that mirrored conversations here. Like the concern of finding and retaining staff.

Just curious on general thoughts if anyone had a chance to read it. It's a neat issue.

Is that the issue with Pole Positions on the cover? I have it sitting here, but I haven't read it yet.

It has big lettering on the cover that says "BIG SURVEY".
