Does anyone know when ordering banners with top & bottom pole pockets from Signs365 if you have to add for the pole pocket or do they add it on?

I've only ordered a few from them and they crease the pole pocket at the edge of the artwork so you don't have to add.

Yup, it's not an additional length, it's just added behind the art. So in the design, make sure to account for that distortion and try not to put any sensitive info there.
