SignShop, Print Shop and Internet cafe overlap

I originally started out at home as a print shop then got a Roland printer as the demand for vinyl and poster grew. I eventually got some retail space with a garage and thought since I have the space in a busy area I added internet cafe like services (photocopies, scanning, emailing) as a service along with other ready-made items to up-sell over the counter. Now while these service do keep the till popping throughout the day it does also create some chaos as we'd have 4 signage jobs and 15 walk-ins for smaller income items and often times the time in production of these smaller items cost more than the time spent on them. I'm thinking of dropping the internet cafe-like services but would like to hear from anyone that has or had a similar challenge that could hopefully nudge me to make the decision.. or not
