What would be some common reasons for window perf to be printed shorter than the vinyl its supposed to match?
I wrap city buses full time. We switched print suppliers. New printer is having difficulty printing IJ180 and perf to be identical sizes. The window perf is consistently shorter in length than the matching vinyl print. Ranging from 1/4" to 1" over 4ft. Doesn't seem like that much but add this up over 40 feet.
Real biatch micro stretching and shrinking to make the perf visually work ok enough. Used to be a efficient task,align perf and slap.
