Sizes for a Ford Ranger

Does anyone have the sizes for a Ford Ranger. Any year will do, they're not that much off by year. The one I have to letter is a 2-door with the side rear windows as well. I have to put lettering on the side doors, up along the length of the bed, and tailgate. I had all them measurements written down and left them somewhere...not a clue where! I have to letter this bad boy tomorrow and want to start plotting. If anyone can help me out, I would truly appreciate it.
