SJ1045 dead after replacing chip on servo board

The problem started when the wipermotor could not deliver enough power to clean the heads. We then changed the chip on the servo board.
Now when the printers main power is on, the 'sub power' cannot be turned on. Pressing the power button doesn't do anything.
Because of the repairment, the printer was powerless for 2 months.

Any ideas?
