Skewing Distorted Images

I have the 540V been having this issue....anyone have any ideas... material is free flowing... tryed different width settings still getting same issue.

I'm thinking it has something to do with pinch rollers, not keeping good grip on materials...so it skews one side of job...off.

If the material is running "Straight" thru the machine, that looks like a dirty encoder strip. Do a Search on here, there is plenty of info on how to clean it...me included. Sometimes I get that with a bad rip. Try re-rippin' it.

Looks like the Encoder Strip to me too....just clean it and try again.
