Skirting around pole sign?

What do you call this "skirting" around a pole? I there a company that whole sales this type of thing? I've got a pole sign that we are working on and we need someone to give us a quote... Thanks

They're just referred to as pole covers.

Probably too custom of a job to be wholesaled.

Pole cover. You would need to go to a local large sign company that builds pylon signs do to that
