Slitting masking tape?

Does anyone cut down masking tape or do you have your vendor do it for you. I am asking because one of my vendors now carries conform 4075 RLA and a 48" roll is about $40 less than my other vendors. Problem is they dont cut down any of the rolls. Just curious how does one go about slitting a roll?

I ask my vendor to cut down the roll for me and they do. Never charge me either.

Usually I have it cut down too.
This place is basically just a warehouse and no machines available for cutting down.
