Small black outline on 300 x 300 px Square

Hello I made a great looking pattern file and almost have it seamless except a small outline black line is showing uparound the 300 x 300 square.....so it is multiplied. It is not there in the original I think I put evrything where it is supposed to go including the 300 x 300 square with no fill or outline to the back?????????? Can anyone help? probably has something to do with anti-aliasing during bitmap generation...

How do I get rid of it??? I am using Illustrator CS5

I think all you're seeing is the screen representation of the vector around the square. Try saving it and then opening it in Photoshop as a raster image to see if it is still there.
