Small Dot on Mutoh 1324 Head

Hi all, i noticed a small Dot on the surface of the head during cleaning and it looks like a tiny depression. Could this be the reason i have lines on Blue and Black Artwork prints?. All the other colours are printing perfectly but any artwork with Blue or black shades has thin white lines. Does this mean i need a new head?. See (illustrated) image attached. Thanks, Maurice.
