Vanguard VK300D-SS new Kyocera KJ4A-0300 printhead, when I run calibration test prints it is not putting out a single small dot but rather 3, or it has a sputter... Has anyone seen this? Hard to line up the lines when it is not a single line of dots... I did flash the head with the 'Vanguard' waveform, but it made no difference. Voltage has not been adjusted from default. I may try turning it down but other than these tests it shows no sign of having too much voltage (spatter/deflection in other prints). The nozzle print looks great.
