Smallest Dye Sub printer possible

Hello all,

I am looking to get into producing teardrop style fly flags. What size would the smallest dye sub printer be that I could get away with using for the most common flags? What other minimum equipment requirements would be needed?

We utilize a 42" RJ900 mounted onto a heater so it is an all in one dye sublimation printer to produce most of our flag orders including tear drop style flags. You will also probably need an air scrubber unit to eliminate any fumes your heater may produce.
