Smart Trac 1-s60 HELP PLEASE!!!!

Ok So I am plotting 3 mil vinyl on my plotter. It was working fine and the roll of vinyl ran out and got crooked and it crinkled and cut through the vinyl. No biggie happened before so I put the new roll on now the plotter is cutting way too deep on everything. I tried turning it down and nothing is working. Any suggestion what may have happened and help much appreciated. Thank You
