So close to many, but so far

I have a font that I am trying to match, and it is so close to many fonts, but not quite right...

Does anyone recognize this one?

Constantine (Regular) but the "T" and "E" seems to have been modified.
Cinzel Decorative (Bold) but seems too bold and "R" is not connected.
