After all, I'm sure Amazon has the ability to handle edge cases and other safe guards versus plebs like us. Atleast I would hope so given sheer size of Amazon.

Maybe it's teething pains or something else more fundamental. I have my own thoughts on it and I'm sure not an evangelist of "AI" compared to some on here. Time will tell.
