We have a Roland SP 300V - we were starting to have blue overspray from the Black Blue head so we took the out and soaked in solution, then shot solution through the top cap and witnessed a nice even spray...We re- installed and now no ink at all...We have performed many powerfull cleaning to no avail....Ant thoughts:signs101:

Check the fuse on the mainboard.... sounds like one has popped.

Did you pull the power cable out while you were removing and/or re-installing the printhead?

You have to remove the back black cover to gain access to the mainboard.

When checking the fuse with a Multi-meter, you MUST turn power off and unplug the power cable to the printer.

Set your meter to measure OHMs and it should peg out when the leads touch each end of the fuse. If it does not peg out, blown fuse.

You should have two fuses on this mainboard. Check them both to verify good fuse(s)
