Solar Light fixture for monument sign?

Hi folks, I'm looking for a commercial grade solar light fixture (to be installed at ground level) to light a brick monument sign @ 7'h x 9'w and a similar solar light suitable for a post and panel sign @ 4'h x 6'w sign panel 6'height total sign...

Do any of you have suggestions or recommends of brands, types or dealers?

What lumens or watts ratings, and such should I look for for smaller signs like these?
