Looks like something left over from the Adobe Photoshop 6.0 days.

No not quite. Its actually "Wick Wick Wack". (Some may catch that reference)
Reminds me of a book I had years ago. The title escapes me, but it was something like my first Photoshop guide: "All the cool text effects you can do with Photoshop that you actually shouldn't"
