I have an SC-500 with the heater option installed and have been printing using Flexi 7.6 for almost 2 years with terrific results. I have been using the "soljet pro II EX SC-540" profile to print at 720x720 (bidirectional) since I bought the machine. I have tried to print at a lower resolution but the ICC profiles available are very limited. I am currently using an ICC profile "ESM GCVP LcLm Standard 720x720.icc" which has served me well but prints very slowly..... I have heard people printing at 360x360 or 540x540 and the printer is FAST! Every time I try and send a print using a different resolution (ie 360x720) the prints come out lopsided and stretched out. What can I do to print faster (successfully) at lower resolutions?
