soljet xc-540 print problem

nice to come into this first thing in the morning
and of course when you have rush jobs to do

i have done a med cleaning and a manual cleaning and still getting these lines in the edges of my prints
it is almost like something is stuck on the print head and dragging
but it doesn't go through the entire print just torward the last inch or two and then about an inch further then the decal edge

any ideas how to fix this...HELP!!!!!

when i do a regular test print everything looks fine
just getting these lines when i print jobs

It looks like you have some fuzz dragging across it. Try checking on the outside of your print carraige if you dont see anything on the heads.
