Canvas Tote - A patch would be too large.
Plastic Bag - Like the kind they hand out at trade shows. On the larger side.

I use inkhead for plastic bags.

These are some but you have to be a distributor, meaning paying an association fee, to get wholesale price. These are the same suppliers that all the major online distributors use. This is if you are doing a great about of promos.

We heat press canvas totes. Pretty simple. In fact, super simple and quite boring. Makes more money than banners though.
