sp 300 not printing blue

Hi have a prob with my sp300 firmware 7.1 on colorip, was printing cyan now stopped, prints it on the test print but not on a rip any ideas, if i plug in my other 300 firmware 6.5 it prints it perfect, so not a computer issue, thks for any help .
